FREQUENCIES & FLOW
We're starting our week with intention, poured into, and ready to let the overflow pour into others.
Here's what you can expect:
- 45-minute sound bath journey
- Herbal Tea + fresh fruta offering
- Reflective journaling + option to share
- A deeper connection to Self and your community
Important note:
Enter through InI Collective - there will be a sign outdoor for further guidance. Please arrive on time as the doors will lock promptly at 6:15 pm, if you arrive late you can text the number on the sign and someone will let you in.
We'll have yoga mats at the space but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, as well as a blanket, pillow, journal, or whatever else you need to feel comfort and ease.
