We're starting our week with intention, grounding, feeling poured into, and ready to let the overflow pour into others.

Here's what you can expect:

• 45-minute sound bath journey

• Reflective journaling + option to share

We'll have yoga mats at the space but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, as well as a blanket, pillow, journal, or whatever else you need to feel comfort and ease.

ABOUT THE SOUND HEALER - KUAN YOUNG

Kuan Young, our special guest sound healer for this session is a Philadelphia native, who is dedicated to his family, community and the many healing forms of art. He is both a seasoned visual and musical artist, poet, published author, activist and entrepreneur.

Upon observing Philadelphia’s need for spiritual relief, he co-founded a wellness center entitled Sol Garden Studio, which allowed healers, practitioners and artists alike to share their gifts with the community.

Kuan Young has published his first poetry book Synchronicity What Happens, Happens in 2023 and is working on publishing his second poetry book in Spring of 2025. He hopes that his truth will set the world on fire enough to burn away insecurities & ignite liberation for individuals who feel they do not have the words to describe their own experiences.
