Peace family, we're bringing back this series with the intention of prioritizing peace, during a time where distraction and grief strike us all in big and small ways. Our hope is that though this communal practice, we are able to walk away feeling just a bit lighter and poured into.

Reflective journaling + option to share
A deeper connection to Self and your community
Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, journal, and whatever else you need to feel comfort and ease. We will be indoors.*
