Grief Medicine is donation based and open to true and vulnerable feelings, thoughts and needs. It is a supportive space to reflect and connect while navigating the complexities of grief and loss. *No one will be turned away due to lack of funds, please RSVP opting (for the donation) ticket option.

Processing Together- Welcome your full self into the space with a guided soundbath meditation and a sacred moment to honor our loss.
Learning Together- Finding the healing within our shared experiences and the focal pain points that need extra support.
Healing Together- Ending the gathering with practices to release tensions of the body and relieve the mind. Closing with high vibrational restorative foods and reflective action steps for moving through.
