She Gather Me - A Black Women's Herbal Care Circle

Join this sacred circle— a 4-part herbal learning series rooted in ritual. Experience the medicine that is not only in the plants but also in the act of gathering to heal in community. We will journey together to build connection to ourselves, one another and medicinal herbs — tending to the parts of ourselves that are due for nurturing and care in a supportive space. Each session will interweave self-care rituals (writing, meditation, witnessing & listening) with herbal study.
