YINYASA YOGA
Yin-Yasa Yoga is a fusion of Yin (passive yoga) and Yang (active yoga) with a dash of YAS Affirmations (“You Are So ____” call and response). A powerful pairing of two disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Yinyasa is a dynamic fusion using both the relaxing Yin style of long-held passive poses with the powerful Yang style of Vinyasa, flowing between poses. This class introduces a beautifully balanced combination of mindfully flowing through poses while using breath and balance and enjoying a well crafted playlist and self motivating affirmations.

Enter through InI Collective - there will be a sign outdoor for further guidance. Please arrive on time as the doors will lock promptly at 6:45 pm, if you arrive late you can text the number on the sign and someone will let you in. We'll have yoga mats at the space but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
